Question 1

What is ProcMarts?

Accepted Answer

ProcMarts is a B2B procurement platform and verified supplier network engineered by EgyKode. It helps businesses discover qualified suppliers, issue RFQs, manage competitive tenders, evaluate bids, and automate purchase orders and 3-way invoice matching.

Question 2

How does supplier verification work on ProcMarts?

Accepted Answer

ProcMarts verifies suppliers through a strict 4-tier compliance protocol: commercial registration validity, tax card standing, corporate bank account authorization, and physical production capacity inspection.

Question 3

What is the difference between an RFQ and a Tender on ProcMarts?

Accepted Answer

An RFQ (Request for Quotation) is designed for standard commercial purchases with clear line-item specifications and unit pricing. A Tender handles complex, multi-milestone contracts with split technical and financial proposal evaluations and sealed bidding.

Question 4

What is 3-way invoice matching?

Accepted Answer

3-way matching automatically reconciles what was ordered in the Purchase Order, what was inspected upon warehouse delivery in the Goods Receipt Note (GRN), and what was billed in the Supplier Invoice before payment is authorized.

Question 5

Can hotel chains and hospitality businesses use ProcMarts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. ProcMarts provides dedicated hospitality procurement workflows for recurring F&B orders, guest amenities, commercial linens, kitchen equipment, and facility maintenance consumables.
